There is no real way to check, you can however only deal with websites that use UPS delivery service. UPS doesnt allow your card to be charged until the package is loaded on the truck. Another thing to keep in mine is to only use a debit card for online purchases….what I mean is only put as much money as you need on the card. Its a pain going to the bank but no one can take money from a card that has none.
